Condition Classification	Condition Description
S	Item hasn't been used (never worn).
SA	The item might have been used several times, remain in pristine condition.
A	With minor signs of use, ie. little slouching in shape, minor wear on corners, light scuff, or a few hairline scratches.
AB	Signs of regular use with scratches or staining, ie: moderate and noticeable stains, snag, discoloration, slightly worn corners, tarnishing at hardware and creasing to leather.
B	Have visible imperfections. This usually occurs in bags that have been heavily used for months or year, ie: loss of overall shape, leather peeling off, loose stitches, strong odor, tear in handles, lining or fabric, splitting or melting of was edges.

 

We take note of provenance and ownership to make sure that all the items that we accept come with a clean bill of health. Signs of use will be fully disclosed in the product description and photos. 

As a re-seller of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not provide a "warranty" of the craftsmanship and workmanship of the brand. Do contact the boutique of the brand with regards to this matter.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide through DHL Express. Delivery charges are dependent on the size and dimensions of the shipment. Optional package insurance coverage available, subject to additional charges. 

 

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of or before delivery. The Modernist may provide DHL with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Return

Since all items are consignment pieces, once an item sells the consignor is paid resulting in all orders being final sale. We describe our bags very accurately and request that you ask all questions before you make a purchase. We will gladly answer any questions you have as well as provide additional pictures upon request.

 

Refund

Merchandise sold is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Due to frequent store inventory changes, an item’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

This is due to the lighting during photo shooting or every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
